Who we are
Open Consulting was founded by Alison Nolan following a successful career as global head of people development in an elite professional service firm. She has deep experience helping leaders through times of significant and complex change. She now consults with a range of organisations on people, leadership and change.
Alison works with a network of highly accomplished colleagues with both similar and complementary skills and experience, including OD practitioners, coaches, communications experts and facilitators.
She is also Associate Fellow at Oxford Said Business School.
Why we stand out
Many leadership and change programmes do not have the effect they set out to do, because they are not embedded in the life of the organisation. Everything we do is tailored for you, and we are committed to helping you make sure it delivers over time.
Our practical experience has taught us how to create positive change that is sustainable. We don't believe in quick fixes, and we don't try to sell you a product. Instead we work with you to frame the problem and devise solutions that will work in your world.
Why work with us
At Open Consulting, we are committed to balancing human authenticity with organisational flourishing. We strongly believe that parallel development of individuals and organisations leads to a better place to work, as well as a more efficient outcome.
As a client of Open Consulting, you will know that we're on your side. We practise what we preach: authentic relationships, great listening, truthful conversations, outstanding performance.
